Priests Interested in Serving Through the Workshop Team

Portiuncula Oratory is building a priest-supported workshop team to serve marriages, families, and the Domestic Church through Scripture-based listening to Jesus, especially in the Biblical Books of John, and lived relational skill training through Connect-Talk® / Positive Christian Dialog (PCD). If you are a priest who resonates with this mission and would like to explore participating in the initial workshop team, please sign up below.

Original clergy training will be offered at no charge. If training is held in person, participating priests will be invited to celebrate the sacraments as appropriate to the setting and schedule.

The Lord is ready to give inner healing each time we come to Him and to enable us to pass it on to others. He can heal without us and without a workshop, but, as John the Baptist said, “Prepare the way of the Lord; make His paths straight.” So, in the words of St. Francis of Assisi, “Let us begin, for up to now we have done nothing!”

What participation may include:

1. Participating in the workshop training fully.

2. Offering Mass and preaching one of the workshop days, if meeting in person.

3. Preaching or giving a reflection connected to the workshop content or to personal workshop experience, whether in person or online.

4. Hearing confessions on an assigned day, if meeting in person.

5. Discernment conversation about roles and availability.

6. Optional future training and serving opportunities as the team develops.
